My Christmas Cookies
This is one of my most treasured recipes, and a healthier version of Christmas Sugar Cookies with half the saturated fat than most and not too much sugar. I give these as gifts and afterwards, I’m usually asked for the recipe. Try to make sure the edges are brown because they’ll taste better. It’s impossible to eat just one, they are that good!

Homemade Barbeque Sauce
It doesn’t get much easier than this. The beauty of this recipe is it’s very flexible: more of this – less of that – no problem. Add cayenne or Tabasco if you like but I like it just this way, not too hot, sweet, and sticky. I’ve never found a bottled sauce this good!

Fresh Cranberries
I wish we could get cranberries all year because their health benefits are incredible. They can help prevent urinary tract infections, protect your immune system, improve circulation, and their flavonoids can help lower your bad cholesterol. They’re also high in fiber and vitamin C so don’t even think about using that store-bought jelly stuff – make the real deal. This may be the easiest recipe I will ever publish plus you can make it days ahead! I never serve turkey without this delicious sweet-tart side dish. (see my Cooking Videos for a demo)
