I don’t have a juicer so I have not made tomato juice but I did find a new recipe for slow roasting tomatoes with olive oil and spices for 6-7 hours at 200 degrees and it really intensifies the flavors. They come out a bit like sun dried tomatoes but with spectacular flavor.
Yippy!…another contest coming. I love playing your games. Even though I lose every time. I have come close a few times though. I enlarged your photo and you still have lots of green ones.
